Overview

“Fusion 360” is a relatively new cloud-based 3D CAD, CAM, and CAE platform for product development offered by Autodesk. It combines industrial and mechanical design, simulation, collaboration, and machining in a single package. The tools in “Fusion 360” enable fast and easy exploration of design ideas with an integrated concept-to-production toolset. The cloud-based solution which runs on Mac and PCs covers the entire product development process till manufacturing.

Prerequisites: 

No previous CAD experience is necessary. The training course introduces the fundamental skills in learning the Autodesk “Fusion 360” software. Experience with the Windows operating system and a background in drawing 3D parts is recommended.
